📋 Description

• Provide Level 3 support for SharePoint On-Premises and Microsoft 365 services • Administer and maintain SharePoint On-Premises environments, including patching, upgrades, and health monitoring • Troubleshoot complex issues affecting platform performance, configuration, and availability • Manage and support Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, Microsoft Planner, and Microsoft Forms • Support security, compliance, governance, and access management requirements • Resolve incidents and service requests according to agreed service levels • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for administration and automation • Support SharePoint migration activities from On-Premises environments to SharePoint Online when required • Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams and technical stakeholders to deliver stable solutions • Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience supporting SharePoint On-Premises and Microsoft 365 solutions • Experience administering SharePoint On-Premises environments and SharePoint Online • PowerShell scripting experience • Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, networking concepts, and Microsoft Entra ID • Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, permissions, and governance concepts • Familiarity with IT service management processes • Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments • Professional proficiency in English
