📋 Description

• Data Mapping Validation: Ensure the validation of data transfer from the legacy tool to the new SaaS solution. • Functional Acceptance Testing: Plan and execute functional acceptance testing to ensure alignment with business requirements and the user experience. • Test Case Creation and Test Plan Structuring: Write test cases and maintain test plans based on detailed functional specifications and vendor configuration notes. • Execution of Functional Tests: Perform functional tests and basic performance checks. • Issue Tracking: Report defects and follow up on fixes with the vendor and technical teams. • Facilitation of Business Workshops: Lead or co-lead business workshops and coach power users. • Data Quality Assurance: Collaborate with business teams to ensure data quality. • Change Management: Support change management by producing materials and delivering training.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a technical-functional consultant. • Strong autonomy required, able to drive execution and validate actions with the IT project manager. • Comfortable communicating with business stakeholders and facilitating workshops. • Able to take a strategic view and challenge processes — not just an execution-level test operator. • Experience in the energy sector is a plus but not required. • Project Management & Testing Tools: Jira, Excel (Xray depending on maturity). • Collaboration Tools: Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint. • Migration Format: Excel files (~10 files / ~30,000 rows). • Not essential but appreciated: knowledge of Web SaaS.
