📋 Description

• Lead the low-code development area, ensuring the architecture, quality, and performance of delivered solutions. • Guide developers and support technical decision-making. • Participate in estimations and perform code reviews. • Promote best practices and ensure alignment with the functional and technical requirements defined by the client. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in sprint activities. • Provide support in resolving complex issues and contribute to the evolution of the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience with OutSystems (Reactive, Mobile and Traditional Web). • Previous experience in technical leadership, mentoring a team, and making architectural decisions. • Experience integrating with REST/SOAP APIs and developing reusable components. • Knowledge of application architecture, design patterns, and secure development practices. • Ability to analyze requirements, create technical designs, and perform code reviews. • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business teams and stakeholders. • Degree preferred in IT-related fields (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar). • OutSystems certifications considered a plus.
