📋 Description
• Manage challenging, high-impact training projects • Plan, execute, and monitor all phases of the project • Coordinate with trainers and internal teams across partner organizations • Oversee logistics for training activities • Manage stakeholder expectations • Monitor performance indicators • Design and implement post-training support strategies • Plan and organize outreach activities to communicate project results • Organize events, presentations, and workshops
🎯 Requirements
• Pedagogical certification for trainers (mandatory) • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing training projects or medium-scale initiatives • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, PM2, or Agile) • Proven experience in upskilling or digital transformation projects • Proficiency with project management tools and learning management systems (LMS) (preferred) • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
