âą Manage challenging, high-impact training projects âą Plan, execute, and monitor all phases of the project âą Coordinate with trainers and internal teams across partner organizations âą Oversee logistics for training activities âą Manage stakeholder expectations âą Monitor performance indicators âą Design and implement post-training support strategies âą Plan and organize outreach activities to communicate project results âą Organize events, presentations, and workshops
đŻ Requirements
âą Pedagogical certification for trainers (mandatory) âą Minimum of 5 years' experience managing training projects or medium-scale initiatives âą Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, PM2, or Agile) âą Proven experience in upskilling or digital transformation projects âą Proficiency with project management tools and learning management systems (LMS) (preferred) âą Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
