📋 Description
• Provide Level 3 support for Windows Server environments. • Manage and optimize Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy (GPO) infrastructure. • Participate in infrastructure evolution and migration projects. • Ensure system availability, performance, and security. • Implement disaster recovery (DRP) and business continuity (BCP) plans. • Monitor and resolve complex incidents escalated from Level 2. • Document procedures and technical architectures.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), and PowerShell. • Knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware). • Experience with monitoring tools (SCOM, Zabbix, etc.). • Good understanding of system security. • Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs) is a plus.
