• Inevitable Influence is an entertainment marketing agency owned by Inevitable Foundation that partners with studios and distributors to unlock the potential of the Global Disability Audience. • You will shape and execute day-to-day marketing efforts for Inevitable Influence and manage and execute marketing and communications strategy for Inevitable Foundation. • Spearhead data-driven marketing strategies for entertainment clients and oversee creation and operations of an international influencer network. • Develop and execute client campaigns leveraging data, creative storytelling, events, tailored messaging, influencer partnerships, and audience activations. • Create compelling case studies, pitch decks, and marketing collateral; establish thought leadership by collaborating with data and analytics firms. • Oversee campaign execution with freelance consultants, monitor and optimize campaign performance, and report insights to clients. • Design and execute marketing strategies to amplify Inevitable Foundation’s programs and research; partner with PR firm; oversee owned channels; support fundraising.
• Proven success as a data-driven marketer—ideally in entertainment, media or consumer brands—with at least five years of experience. • Experience creating innovative, multi-media campaigns that resonate with a range of audiences. • A desire to create and seek out bold ideas and innovative concepts that push the envelope for clients. • A radiant and self-aware presence, especially in front of clients. • A passion for entertainment, media, storytelling and the disability community. • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage many priorities. • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and ability to design your own materials. • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external collaborators. • Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Figma, Airtable, MailChimp, Squarespace, Canva, Julius, etc
