📋 Description

• Design, build, and continuously enhance a highly available platform based on Microsoft Azure • Provision and operate cloud infrastructure for business-critical applications • Develop and implement platform standards for security, availability, scalability, and operations • Own monitoring, logging, backup, and disaster recovery concepts • Automate operational and provisioning processes • Plan and implement the migration of existing on-premises systems to the Azure Cloud • Analyze, consolidate, and modernize existing applications, infrastructures, and system landscapes • Develop target architectures for the transition from legacy systems to modern cloud platforms • Manage and support transformation projects • Build and maintain automated infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code • Develop and optimize CI/CD processes • Automate the provisioning, configuration, and operation of cloud resources • Introduce and continuously enhance modern platform and DevOps tools • Design, build, and operate secure network architectures • Administer and enhance VPN, IPSec, and APN connections • Plan and implement hybrid network structures • Analyze and resolve complex network and connectivity issues • Advise software development teams on architecture, operations, and deployment topics • Provide and enhance platform services for development teams • Support containerization, automation, and operational handovers • Conduct technical reviews and support solution design • Promote DevOps principles and collaboration between development and operations • Implement Security by Design and compliance requirements • Support audits and regulatory and security-related requirements • Establish and continuously enhance operational standards, policies, and documentation • Contribute to cloud governance and security concepts

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Security, or a comparable technical field, or equivalent qualifications • Microsoft certifications • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or comparable technologies) • Experience with Linux and/or Windows servers • Knowledge of modern automation and deployment methods • Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) • Good English language skills (at least B2 level) • A high level of ownership and a solution-oriented approach • Enthusiasm for modernizing existing IT landscapes • Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and understandably • Strong analytical and conceptual skills • Team-oriented approach and enjoyment of working with development teams
