📋 Description

• Own utilisation, forecasting, and capacity planning — ensuring the practice is commercially healthy • Set and uphold delivery standards for high-quality solutions • Build a strong, engaged team through hiring and coaching • Guide approach and decision-making across projects • Collaborate with sales to shape solutions and improve estimates • Work closely with sales, delivery, and managed services for customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in leading a D365 CE practice • Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Azure • Proven record in team leadership and development • Skills in utilisation, forecasting, and capacity planning • Technical knowledge and commercial awareness • Ability to connect teams and break down silos
