📋 Description
• Support the development and execution of affiliate marketing strategies targeting traders across MENA, LATAM, and Asia • Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate networks, media buyers, and independent partners • Manage affiliate operations through Cellxpert, including tracking setup, flows, and commission structures • Monitor traffic quality, review affiliate sources, identify low-quality traffic, and ensure GEO alignment and compliance standards • Track affiliate performance and assist partners in achieving monthly and quarterly targets • Prepare regular performance reports covering • Collaborate with the marketing team on testing new acquisition channels, funnels, creatives, and traffic sources to identify scalable growth opportunities • Assist with campaign optimization and performance analysis to improve ROI and acquisition efficiency • Continuously explore new user acquisition channels and growth opportunities, including testing new traffic sources and scaling successful experiments
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience managing Forex affiliate programs • Existing network of affiliate contacts, IBs, or media partners within the FX industry is a strong advantage • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in performance marketing and user acquisition • Strong understanding of affiliate commission models • Experience working with Cellxpert or similar affiliate tracking platforms • Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset • Excellent communication and relationship management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Fluent English is required • Arabic or Russian is a plus
