📋 Description

• Develop and maintain financial models to support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles • Analyze financial performance versus budget and forecast to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities • Partner with business leaders to understand operational drivers and integrate them into financial forecasts • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses • Support management with ad-hoc financial analyses to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives • Consolidate financial data from multiple sources to deliver accurate and timely insights • Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and ROI for strategic projects • Provide scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to support planning and leadership decisions • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, automate reporting, and enhance data accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration • 2-3 years in financial planning & analysis or related roles • Strong hands-on experience with Excel and financial modeling • Experience in healthcare tech or SaaS environment preferred • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableua) preferred • Experience with ERP or financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) preferred • Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask, adapt to fast moving and ambiguous environments, and bring clarity through structured problem solving and prioritization.
