📋 Description

• Own day-to-day corporate IT operations and improve automation, identity and access management, endpoint management, employee lifecycle processes and service quality • Administer Entra ID/Azure AD identities, users, groups, roles, MFA, SSO and Conditional Access policies • Manage secure onboarding, role/access changes and offboarding, including accounts, devices and applications • Maintain laptop security baselines, patching, device inventory, hardware replacement and compliance reporting • Administer the internal Microsoft/Azure environment and core SaaS applications, including licensing, permissions and integrations • Provide employee IT support, meet SLAs, maintain a knowledge base and resolve recurring issues at their root • Maintain access evidence, endpoint compliance, asset inventories and account lifecycle records for ISO 27001 or SOC 2 audits • Run IT controls reliably and collaborate with Security on access policy decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Internal IT and/or Systems Administration • Microsoft Entra ID administration • Microsoft 365 administration • Windows endpoint administration • Windows Server administration • PowerShell or equivalent automation • Basic networking: DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP and routing concepts • Security fundamentals: least privilege, patching, endpoint protection and access controls • IT asset and inventory management • IT troubleshooting and incident management • Documentation and runbook discipline • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender ecosystem, Apple/macOS device management, Azure administration, Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, or ISO 27001/SOC 2 environments is a strong advantage
