📋 Description

• Architect, build, and maintain Go-based backend services and provider adapters for network, bare-metal/GPU, and data providers • Contribute to schema mapping frameworks, GUI tooling, validation guardrails, and LLM-assisted integration frameworks for self-serve provider onboarding • Own assigned adapter surfaces end-to-end, delivering well-tested and highly observable services while maintaining existing adapter logic • Collaborate asynchronously across Design, QA, and Data Foundation with US business hours overlap • Conduct code reviews, pull-request assessments, and technical documentation updates • Independently ship reliable production provider integrations and adapters • Successfully onboard at least one new supply provider group into the marketplace • Reduce manual engineering effort per provider through self-serve onboarding frameworks and GUI/validation tooling • Reliably own, test, and maintain an end-to-end gateway slice under pod technical standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional backend development experience • Production expertise in Go, or strong adjacent languages with a rapid ramp to Go • Experience with REST/API integrations, Postgres, Redis, and AWS cloud infrastructure • Practical experience building provider adapters, schema mapping tools, validation guardrails, and message-queue/event-driven architectures • Exposure to Node.js/TypeScript backend tooling, LLM/agent integration frameworks, and GUI tooling • Fluent professional English communication skills • Must maintain an active corporate entity (Pessoa Jurídica - PJ / CNPJ) in Brazil • Must upload valid electronic service invoices (Nota Fiscal de Serviços Eletrônica - NFS-e) into Rippling for monthly disbursement
