• Own paid acquisition across all key channels: LinkedIn, Google, Bing, Capterra, Reddit, Meta, and YouTube. • Build full-funnel programs that attract, nurture, and convert the right buyers. Think beyond leads and focus on qualified pipeline. • Experiment constantly. Test to see what drives results, then scale what works. • Track performance. Live in the numbers: CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, pipeline contribution. And know what to do when something isn’t working. • Collaborate across the team. Work closely with content, design, product marketing, and sales to make sure campaigns land the right message. • Bring clarity. Not just reports, real insights. We want someone who can connect the dots and make smart decisions based on what the data says (and doesn’t say).
• 5+ years of experience running high-performing paid media programs in B2B, ideally for SaaS companies. • Deep experience with LinkedIn and Google Ads. Hands-on experience with Bing, Meta, YouTube, Reddit, and Capterra. • Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how to build programs that influence it. • Confidence using Looker or other BI tools. • Experience with SQL would be helpful.
