• Focus: Build the inbound engine from zero to full scale for the enterprise SaaS segment. • Responsible for the marketing budget and ROI (cost-per-lead, pipeline value). • Work closely with the CEO/COO and sales team to hand over marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into the sales pipeline. • Identify and recruit influencers and speakers across the German-speaking market. • Build and scale lead-generation channels (webinars, content, thought leadership, performance marketing).
• Proven experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in SaaS and enterprise segments. • Hands-on mentality: you not only plan strategies, you execute them yourself. • Deep understanding of the DACH target market and how to position complex software solutions to decision-makers. • Experience building partner networks (affiliates, experts, speakers).
