📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via voice channels • Troubleshoot technical issues involving streaming solutions and audio hardware • Maintain accurate records and account updates in internal systems • Escalate complex technical tickets to internal teams as needed • Assist clients with streaming setup, hardware support, and service inquiries • Deliver a professional customer experience over the phone

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English and Spanish fluency (B2+ or higher) with excellent verbal and written skills • Proven track record in voice-based customer support • Strong active listening and coachability • Ability to follow complex technical instructions • Quiet workspace with a dedicated noise-canceling headset • Windows 10 or higher (no Chromebooks, MacBooks, or Linux) • Intel Core i5 (10th Gen or higher) or equivalent processor • Minimum 8GB RAM • High-speed internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps download and upload • Prior Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a bonus • Basic understanding of audio hardware or IoT systems is a bonus • Familiarity with basic Python or JavaScript code snippets is a bonus • Passion for music and familiarity with Spotify or Apple Music is a bonus • Technical or university education listed in the posting • Minimum 1 year of professional experience listed in the posting
