• Atender e registrar todas as solicitações de usuários cadastrados no sistema de gerenciamento de chamados. • Categorizar e priorizar os chamados conforme as regras definidas pelo Cliente. • Informar o usuário quando a solicitação não fizer parte do escopo contratado. • Resolver os chamados por telefone e/ou controle remoto. • Resolver dúvidas relativas à infraestrutura e seu uso. • Resolver incidentes de acesso indevido, vírus, reinstalação de software. • Registrar e encaminhar chamados relativos a hardware, software, problemas de infraestrutura de responsabilidade, solicitações de serviços, chamados que Necessite de atendimento local, recuperação de dados. • Solucionar tickets elegíveis de FCR (First Call Resolution). • Criar tickets de Incidentes Críticos para escalonamento.
