đ Description
âą Receive and log all requests from registered users in the ticket management system. âą Categorize and prioritize tickets according to the rules defined by the Client. âą Inform the user when a request falls outside the contracted scope. âą Resolve tickets by phone and/or remote access. âą Address questions related to infrastructure and its use. âą Resolve incidents of unauthorized access, viruses, and software reinstallation. âą Log and forward tickets related to hardware, software, infrastructure issues that fall under another party's responsibility, service requests, tickets requiring on-site support, and data recovery. âą Resolve tickets eligible for FCR (First Call Resolution). âą Create Critical Incident tickets for escalation.
