📋 Description
• Respond to and log all requests from registered users in the ticket management system. • Categorize and prioritize tickets according to the rules defined by the client. • Notify users when a request falls outside the contracted scope. • Identity and Access Management. • Ensure users and devices can access resources in accordance with the company's business objectives, thereby meeting CID requirements. • Manage and resolve information security incidents and support internal and external audit processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced Portuguese and Spanish. • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress. • Experience with Access Profiles. • Segregation of Duties. • Access, System and Function recertifications. • Reconciliation of Access Profiles, Systems and Functions. • Organizational access transfers.
