📋 Description
• Review and improvement of processes following ITIL methodology and internal practices. • Analyze service consumption trends to reduce and automate processes. • Analyze the area's KPIs, monitor them, and develop improvement actions. • Monitor, handle, review, and improve the customer satisfaction survey. • Monitor calls, chat interactions, and remote support sessions to manage quality. • Analyze major issues and address them through problem management.
🎯 Requirements
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and performance indicators (KPIs). • Experience in customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer experience. • High school diploma (secondary education).
