📋 Description
• Monitoring of phone, chat and web support; analysis of surveys and misrouted tickets • Creation and updating of KB articles in the knowledge base • Develop technical and behavioral training • Prepare presentations of performance indicators and service level metrics • Design processes and high-level workflows

• Relevant experience in the area • Bachelor's degree in IT • Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish
