📋 Description

• Structure, test, and continuously improve digital product experiences, with a focus on the web platform • Map user journeys and propose solutions centered on user behavior, data, and business objectives • Work on information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with users and stakeholders • Analyze behavioral data using Google Analytics, Hotjar, and similar tools • Translate insights into efficient digital experiences in collaboration with Product Managers and developers • Ensure a consistent experience across different devices and screen sizes • Promote UX practices and a user-centered culture throughout the organization • Monitor trends and benchmarks in the betting, fintech, and high-scale digital product markets • Participate in strategic decisions that impact user retention and conversion • Perform other duties related to the role

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer working on web-based digital products • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, and testing platforms • Experience analyzing behavioral data and UX metrics, such as NPS, CSAT, and conversion rates • Ability to lead design processes from end to end, demonstrating critical thinking and autonomy • Previous experience in the financial services sector, including digital banks, fintech, investments, or similar environments • Up-to-date portfolio featuring relevant case studies • Advanced or fluent English • Bachelor’s degree or higher • Preferred: previous experience in iGaming, sports betting, or high-volume e-commerce • Preferred: knowledge of digital accessibility (WCAG) and SEO best practices • Preferred: experience with agile methodologies and collaboration within product squads • Preferred: familiarity with CRO tools and A/B testing
