📋 Description
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. • Design and develop scalable, high-performance Salesforce architectures. • Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud to meet specific client requirements. • Lead and mentor the development team in implementing Salesforce solutions. • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices. • Provide technical guidance and consulting to clients and team members. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of existing solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience as a Salesforce architect, with knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud. • Strong understanding of Salesforce solution design and development principles, including data modeling, process automation, integrations, and customization. • Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that address complex use cases and business requirements. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. • Salesforce certifications are a plus, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
