📋 Description

• Keep projects, deadlines, and backlogs up to date in Jira and Notion • Run syncs, take notes, follow up on action items and blockers • Flag risks early • Write status updates, meeting summaries, and progress reports • Coordinate between teams, vendors, and partners • Proactively surface what needs attention in allocated projects

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in a coordination or project support role • Strong written and verbal English, Russian is a plus • Organized, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks • Proactive - figures out what needs to be done without being told • Experience with at least some of: Jira, Slack, Notion • Bonus Points Exposure to agile / scrum • Knowledge of AI tools like Claude for day-to-day activities
