📋 Description

• Develop and maintain server applications, APIs, and other company products • Collaborate with other teams to deliver integrated solutions • Optimize database performance through indexing, caching, and query optimization • Ensure service observability through logging, monitoring, and metrics • Improve code quality through unit and integration tests • Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

🎯 Requirements

• Strong production experience with Go • Solid knowledge of Postgres and NoSQL databases • Experience with Docker, microservices, and distributed systems • Hands-on work with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ • Strong ownership and autonomy, with responsibility for the overall outcome, not just the code • Written and spoken English level B1+ (Intermediate+) and above • B2B collaboration as an independent contractor with your own legal entity • Availability to work as a fully remote contractor • Compensation expectations provided in EUR gross monthly terms
