âą The Sales Operations Executive supports a business unit sales team, selling across different regions, multiple brands and customers. âą Provide structured sales administration, Salesforce (CRM) support, data analysis, reporting and information entry support to Sales teams. âą Manage and update Salesforce (CRM) and associated Sales order processing tools with sales contracts. âą Assist with administrative activities in support of pipeline preparing data and event floor plan queries.
âą Educated to Degree Level âą Well organised and good time management. âą Interpersonal skills, confident personality, high level of enthusiasm. âą Ability to proactively handle and respond to queries from internal customers. âą Experience in working with Salesforce. âą Experience of data analysis and manipulation. âą Good knowledge of Excel. âą Previous experience in the B2B / B2C events industry.
