📋 Description

• Provide 1st-level user and application support in the tax sector • Handle customer inquiries by phone and email regarding the use of Swiss tax software • Register, classify, and document incidents • Escalate issue reports to 2nd-level support when an independent resolution is not possible • Ensure telephone availability and response times during the agreed working hours

🎯 Requirements

• Service-oriented, friendly, confident personality with an affinity for IT • Previous experience as a Helpdesk Agent is an advantage • Excellent Italian language skills, both spoken and written • German, particularly Swiss German, is an advantage • A quiet working environment and fast internet connection must be ensured • Willingness to remain reachable by phone during the agreed working hours (core hours) and ensure an appropriate response time
