• 1st-level user and application support (taxation environment). • Handling customer inquiries by phone and email. • Logging, classifying and documenting incident cases. • Escalating incidents to 2nd-level support when an independent solution is not possible. • During the agreed shift blocks, phone availability and response times must be ensured.

🎯 Requirements

• Service-oriented, friendly and confident personality with an affinity for IT. • Experience as a helpdesk agent is an advantage. • Excellent Italian language skills (spoken and written); (Swiss) German skills are a plus. • A quiet workspace and a fast internet connection are required.
