📋 Description

• Leverage MBA skills to deliver technology-led transformational change to large global clients • Work in diverse teams to deliver high-quality client outputs on time and independently • Regularly interact and lead discussions with clients, including senior levels • Develop recommendations and construct business cases to support recommendations • Master facilitation, meeting skills, design thinking, and prototyping within client projects • Play a key role in practice or firm-building activities to support the firm’s growth

🎯 Requirements

• MBA (recently completed) or equivalent postgraduate qualification • Demonstrable learnability and willingness to take on new challenges • Ability to develop recommendations and initiate action to drive change • Ability to construct simple, complete, compelling business cases (VRM and business case development) • Facilitation and meeting skills for client and internal settings • Basic design thinking and prototyping skills • Ability to lead discussions with clients at peer or team lead level • Regular client-facing experience, including engagement with senior stakeholders
