📋 Description

• Drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the Semiconductor industry • Lead global SAP S/4HANA implementations from end to end • Own program governance and stakeholder management • Oversee solution delivery, risk management, and business transformation • Lead teams across multi-vendor environments, complex client organizations, and geographically distributed locations • Set up programs across IT, Business, and Change components • Define and apply structured program delivery frameworks • Lead teams in preparing large proposals and program plans • Articulate value-based propositions and own and review program financials • Lead proposal presentations for clients • Influence C-level stakeholders within client organizations

🎯 Requirements

• Deep proven experience in the Semiconductor industry • Delivered at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformations within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments • 15+ years of consulting experience • Deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes • Deep knowledge of supply chain planning • Deep knowledge of demand management • Deep knowledge of procurement and sourcing • Deep knowledge of inventory and logistics • Deep knowledge of manufacturing execution integration • Deep knowledge of global finance operations • Ability to lead teams in complex multi-vendor environments, complex client organization structures, and geographically distributed teams • Experience working with global teams and leading locally and remotely based consultant teams • In-depth knowledge of setting up programs across IT, Business, and Change components • Ability to define and practically apply structured program delivery frameworks • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills • Ability to influence C-level client stakeholders • Ability to lead teams preparing large proposals and program plans • Ability to articulate value-based propositions, own and review program financials, and lead proposal presentations • Substantial proven experience in client-facing consulting roles • Project-related mobility and willingness to travel
