📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end SAP program delivery across multiple workstreams in retail industry. • Manage successful execution of SAP implementations, upgrades, and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and retail-specific processes. • Manage complex S4/HANA programs across multiple modules (eg :- SD, MM, FICO, PP, QM etc). • Work closely with retail business stakeholders to define program scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives. • Oversee SAP modules relevant to retail such as SAP Retail, FMS, S/4HANA, CAR, MM, SD, and POS integrations. • Lead teams in complex environments including multi-vendors and geographically distributed teams. • Prepare large proposals and program plans and review program financials. • Mentor and coach consulting resources. • Communicate and influence C-Level stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in leading challenging business transformation programs with proven program level delivery track record across full lifecycle SAP programs in retail industry. • Substantial proven experience working in client facing consulting roles. • Proven track record of managing SAP implementations or rollouts in the retail industry. • Work closely with retail business stakeholders to define program scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives. • Deep understanding of retail business processes such as merchandising, inventory, promotions, pricing, store operations, and e-commerce. • Oversee all SAP modules relevant to retail such as SAP Retail, FMS, S/4HANA, CAR, MM, SD, and POS integrations. • Proven ability to deliver under challenging circumstances delivering to time, cost and quality and within budget. • Ability to lead teams in complex environments that include multi-vendors, complex client organization structures and geographically distributed teams. • Experience of working with global teams and a track record of leading teams of consultant based locally and remotely. • In depth knowledge of how to set up programs for success including IT, Business and Change components. • Ability to define well-structured program delivery frameworks and apply these practically. • Ability to lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, facilitate leverage differentiators (e.g. specific consulting frameworks, etc.). • Ability to articulate value based propositions, own and review program financials, and lead proposal presentations in order to create a compelling propositions for clients. • Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences • Strong understanding of SAP Activate or ASAP methodologies. • Experience in mentoring and coach consulting resources. • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-Level stakeholders within client organizations. • Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
