📋 Description

• **About your role** • - Support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels • - Undertake Agile coaching engagements, including Agile at Scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) • - Undertake agile delivery engagements in the form of Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or Product Owner • - Support Lean Portfolio Management engagement • - Assume ownership for client deliverables to ensure that engagement deliverables and outcomes are realized in a timely manner • - Play an advisory role to client leaders in industry sectors, and support other consultants within the WX practice • - Contribute to WX thought leadership, intellectual property and methods/tools

🎯 Requirements

• **You..** • - We are looking for Agile transformation and delivery professionals with previous consulting, industry or contracting experience. • - 2+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience • - Experienced and expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile and Product Management • - Holds a recognised Agile qualification or certification (e.g. PSM; SAFe Scrum Master) • - Experience of successful delivery via a recognised agile methodology • - Proven record of coaching and influencing at team level • - Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience • - Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences • - Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel. • - Fluent language skills.
