📋 Description

• Provide Executive Services exclusively to 20 clients within any 12 month period. • Own end-to-end delivery of ITRG services within your book and territory, including initiative planning sessions, diagnostic calls, onsite and virtual days, and SME engagement. • Drive member success and account growth by designing and continually improving service delivery quality, building strong, loyal relationships, and ensuring measurable value. • Provide confidential and professional advising to our members in-person, telephonically, as well as digitally through Video Conferencing. • Evaluate members’ needs and work with them to set objectives and develop a strategy/work plan. • Support territory growth and member value by contributing to team initiatives, such as community calls, roundtables, webinars, and peer forums. • Strengthen Info-Tech’s brand and presence in the market by participating in external engagements, including industry events.

🎯 Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 20 years of professional IT experiences at multiple enterprises in North America or around the globe. • Including CIO and leadership positions within additional business environments (IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc...) ideally within gaming, hospitality, sports and entertainment industries. • Solid people relationship management skills; operational and systems development skills, and experience in proposal writing, financial budgeting, management and reporting. • In depth understanding of various industry executive management roles, politics, human behavior and predictive scenarios related to IT leadership. • Ability to coordinate complex service delivery models and respond to diverse needs of various key stakeholders. • Exceptional customer service focus, high professionalism, executive presence and adherence to ethical principles of conduct. • Strong communication and organizational skills, self-starter. • Strong verbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills. • Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German is good to have to support our diverse client base across North America and globally. • Ability to travel approx. 50% of the time as needed and obtain a TN1 Visa.
