• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy • Partner with sales teams to align marketing with business goals • Lead integrated planning for cohesive campaigns • Oversee programs that drive revenue growth • Manage marketing performance and optimize based on data • Collaborate with internal partners on digital campaigns • Lead messaging and campaign development for various events • Drive marketing support for McLean & Company events • Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary marketing team
• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience • Proven track record in revenue growth marketing, marketing automation, and digital campaign optimization • Strong experience managing cross-channel marketing including email, social, events, and web • Ability to translate complex business priorities into clear marketing strategies and actionable plans • Analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance • Exceptional communication and leadership skills • Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German is a good to have
