• We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager/ BD Manager with excellent Swedish language skills to lead and drive sales in the Nordic region. • In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding our client base, and fostering strong relationships across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. • You will work closely with a Recruitment consultant and oversee business development efforts, and ensure we meet and exceed sales targets across the Nordic market.
• Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within recruitment or staffing, with a focus on the Nordic market. • Exceptional communication skills in both Swedish and English (written and verbal). • Strong track record of building client relationships and driving sales growth across the Nordic region. • Experience in IT or in the Medical sectors is of merit. • Excellent organizational skills and a results-driven mindset. • Ability to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
