📋 Description

• Define and document the long-term roadmap for the ServiceNow platform • Lead technical design sessions and mentor development teams • Design and implement seamless integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems • Establish robust platform governance policies and review code standards • Present technical solutions to senior management and key stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of deep, hands-on experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem • Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules, specifically ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, and ITBM • Proven track record of designing complex system integrations and platform security architecture • A collaborative communicator who can guide technical teams
