🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 8+ years experience in mainframe development, particularly with COBOL, JCL, and DB2. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot software issues effectively. • Experience in working with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus. • Proficient with mainframe tools and technologies. • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. • Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively within the Vantage team.
