📋 Description
• You confidently bridge business and IT • In projects, you take on IT responsibility and ensure that requirements and implementation align seamlessly • You analyze and model cross-functional processes • You develop these processes further together with the business units • You support the preparation of business cases • You coordinate features • You ensure alignment among all stakeholders • You are responsible for development including testing phases and the handover to production • In third-level support, you analyze incidents, fix defects, assist with customer enquiries, and test processes and systems • You ensure transparent IT system, test, and process documentation • You contribute to cross-functional initiatives and take on tasks in data management, business process development, and requirements engineering.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree with a focus on Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification • Knowledge of requirements engineering and management as well as software engineering, particularly in analysis, design and modeling • Understanding of IT systems, including Java microservices, Kafka, and APIs • Solid knowledge and relevant professional experience in the financial services sector, ideally in banking • Experience with both traditional and agile project methodologies • Strong communication and presentation skills and a confident presence • Systematic and independent working style, with analytical and critical thinking • Organizational skills and a willingness to learn • Ability to think beyond your own scope and to develop sustainable solutions • Very good English, written and spoken.
