📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant throughout the account lifecycle, from pre-sales through implementation. • Plan, lead, and coordinate activities across multiple concurrent client projects. • Present implementation updates, risks, and project status in executive-level meetings with internal and client stakeholders. • Provide strategic and tactical leadership in delivery planning, quality management, resource coordination, and execution to support enterprise-wide business objectives. • Act as the first point of integration and escalation for client engagements, ensuring alignment across teams during deployment and implementation efforts. • Ensure project and portfolio management tools and templates are consistently used, maintained, and accurately reflect project status. • Monitor and report on project performance against objectives, ensuring compliance with established project management standards and best practices. • Develop and maintain repeatable, scalable, and sustainable implementation processes that support consistent project delivery. • Contribute to implementation communications and stakeholder updates to support successful MSP and staffing deployments. • Provide implementation expertise across the MSP and staffing solution lifecycle, including pre-sales, implementation, and post-go-live support as needed. • Promote continuous improvement practices that drive faster, more cost-effective implementations while mitigating risk and maintaining fiscal awareness across project activities. • Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion and alignment with client objectives. • Lead recurring status meetings with internal teams and clients and provide clear, actionable project updates. • Respond proactively to client and stakeholder needs with a strong focus on service and resolution. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and support delivery across multiple initiatives. • Adapt quickly to client technologies and evolving business needs to support successful implementation outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific field or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience. • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading or supporting implementation projects in a client-facing environment. • PMP certification preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio. • Experience working with VMS applications such as FieldGlass and PeopleFluent.
