📋 Description
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and validate transformation opportunities • Plan and launch multiple concurrent projects by developing detailed timelines and execution plans • Manage day-to-day project activities by tracking progress and resolving issues • Drive projects to successful completion, including obtaining buy-in and analyzing data • Develop internal working relationships to drive engagement and results • Prepare professional communications and documentation • Evaluate performance of key strategic processes by gathering and analyzing data
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of project management experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Experience in change management preferred • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, TQM, or business process reengineering principles preferred • Familiarity with finance, accounting, payroll, or invoicing practices strongly preferred
