• Lead and coordinate the customer specification review process with participants from each plant and country • Provide timely specification reviews to customers in alignment with customer segmentation policy • Partner with colleagues to ensure timely responses to customer-related inquiries • Review customer quality agreements with appropriate plants and edit agreements to meet Ingredion quality requirements • Meet with customers, plant quality, and sales to complete agreements and specification reviews for Europe, USA, and Canada • Submit regional reviews for global customer review • Organize and save completed customer specifications and quality agreements in a shared location for retrieval by plant quality and global document teams
• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operational, technical, or business role • Plant Quality or Customer quality documentation experience strongly preferred • Proven commitment to the promotion of a safe work environment • Proven ability to work with cross functional teams • Computer experience; Salesforce and SharePoint a plus • Ability to work and interact with all levels of the Europe, USA, Canada Quality Organization • Ability to cultivate positive relationships with customers, team members, plants, support functions and functional groups • Strong planning, organizing and time management skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently • Ability to learn quickly, embrace change, multi-task, and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Fluency in English is required
