📋 Description

• Lead data science initiatives within the Digital Operations team across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality • Manage and mentor citizen data scientists through all phases of data science projects • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, scope, and prioritize projects • Define data collection methods, modeling techniques, and expected outcomes • Manage projects from initiation through completion and refine models as business needs evolve • Develop and maintain governance principles and best practices • Build predictive, prescriptive, machine learning, simulation, and statistical models • Perform data discovery using advanced machine learning and statistical techniques • Lead scalable data pipeline development and integrate model performance management tools • Access, integrate, clean, transform, and preprocess data from SQL databases and other systems • Apply clustering, PCA, classification, regression, and unsupervised learning techniques • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to deploy and monitor production ML models • Establish best practices for ML production infrastructure • Monitor and refine deployed models to maintain business alignment • Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders • Identify and prioritize AI/ML opportunities aligned with operational goals • Stay current with data science, machine learning, and AI advancements and integrate applicable innovations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field required • Master’s Degree in Data Science strongly preferred • Proven experience leading and managing citizen data scientists • Specialization in ML, AI, cognitive science, or data science • Knowledge and application of agile methodologies • Experience applying ML and data science to business functions such as forecasting, production planning, financial risk analytics, logistics, marketing analytics, and warehouse management • Proven experience launching significant data science projects • Ability to develop and execute strategies supporting business objectives • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate at all organizational levels • Ability to travel up to 20%
