📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, transforming data into clear and actionable insights • Consolidate and integrate data from Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate, and other systems • Migrate and automate existing Excel-based reports into Power BI solutions • Provide training and support to employees on Power BI dashboards and basic data analytics concepts • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and gather requirements • Evaluate and recommend improvements to optimize reporting processes and increase efficiency • Participate in initiatives to simplify administrative tasks and enhance data-driven decision-making • Support operations in the United States and multiple US plants, with potential support for other regions • Report to the Global Finance Project Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or nearing completion) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field • 0–2 years of experience using Power BI or another data analytics tool; internships or academic projects are acceptable • Basic Power BI knowledge, including data modeling, DAX, and report creation • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, including Excel and SharePoint • Familiarity with Power Automate • Conversational verbal and written English is essential for cross-border communication • Python knowledge is a plus, not mandatory • Proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and growth • Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work as a team player • Effective communication of technical topics to non-technical audiences • Adaptability to manage different tasks and quickly learn new tools • Continuous improvement mindset focused on automating and optimizing reporting processes
