📋 Description
• Lead AI projects from conception to implementation. • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, DevOps, Product Owners). • Translate business requirements into feasible technical solutions. • Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables. • Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and data privacy standards. • Report progress to internal and external stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in managing technology projects. • Proven track record in AI, ML, or automation projects. • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello). • Ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. • Advanced English skills (spoken and written). • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, or related fields. • Nice to have PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications. • Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, energy). • Knowledge of AI ethical frameworks (Fairness, Explainability, Bias Mitigation).
