• 4+ years of agency experience with a foundation in healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing to healthcare professionals in a digital, engagement, or omnichannel strategy role • Experience marketing to patients/consumers is beneficial, but not required • Main discipline expertise: omnichannel marketing, digital marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), relationship marketing (RM), customer segmentation, segmented content strategies, marketing & sales automation, digital media, social media, search (SEO/SEM), strategic application of data and marketing analytics • Can manage client relationships and navigate multi-stakeholder environments • Hands-on experience supporting agency new business efforts • Proficient in creating impactful presentations.
