📋 Description

• Support field teams in executing approved commercial strategies and campaign initiatives. • Engage healthcare professionals via phone and virtual platforms to reinforce product access pathways and specialty pharmacy distribution processes. • Assist with transition initiatives from retail to specialty pharmacy partners • Serve as a consistent virtual presence that builds rapport and strengthens relationships • Leverage customer networks, digital tools, and CRM platforms • Accurately document interactions, insights, and follow-up actions • Maintain productivity metrics aligned with program objectives • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the migraine product portfolio • Collaborate closely with Virtual Sales Managers and Field counterparts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 2+ years of pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience • Previous virtual/contact center sales experience required • Strong technical acumen • Strong work ethic and ability to build rapport quickly • Positive attitude and adaptability • Open to and actively solicits feedback for professional growth
