📋 Description

• Responsible for identifying, applying for, and managing suitable grants, subsidies, loans and credit options • Support in securing appropriate financing options for growth, product development, innovation and digitalization • Research, evaluate and select suitable funding programs, grants, loans and credit options at regional, national and European levels • Prepare, draft and submit funding and loan applications • Prepare project descriptions, financial plans, business cases, supporting documents and other application materials • Communicate with development banks, public authorities, financial institutions, consultants and external partners • Support ongoing funding and financing processes from application through approval, disbursement and reporting of fund usage • Establish and maintain structured overviews of deadlines, budgets, funding rates, repayment conditions and reporting obligations • Assist in the development of long‑term financing strategies for growth, product development and innovation • Work closely with executive management, finance, product and other internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in grants, financing or loan applications • Experience in researching, applying for or managing grants, subsidies, public funding, loans or credit lines • Understanding of business and financial principles, financial planning, liquidity planning and project budgeting • Confident handling of numbers, deadlines, formal requirements and application documentation • Very good written and spoken German • Structured, reliable and independent working style • Strong communication skills when dealing with authorities, banks, funding agencies and external partners • Ideally: knowledge of funding programs for startups, digitalization, technology, gaming, software development or the cultural and creative industries
