📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of OneStream applications that support core EPM processes including financial planning, budgeting, consolidation, and reporting. • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and providing strategic, impactful solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and configure OneStream accordingly. • Mentor and support junior consultants, helping to build internal capabilities and knowledge-sharing across the team. • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for optimisation, automation, and innovation in client solutions. • Develop and maintain clear documentation, training materials, and user guides to enable self-sufficiency and knowledge retention within client organisations.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or master's degree in finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • Years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) projects, preferably with OneStream or similar platforms (e.g. Hyperion, SAP BPC, Tagetik). • Solid understanding of financial processes such as consolidation, forecasting, and reporting. • Check the functional and technical raised issues and fix or resolve them. • Analyse and develop small changes on existing solutions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and drive decisions. • Proven experience working directly with clients and stakeholders, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, consulting environment, balancing multiple priorities. • Fluent in Italian and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
