📋 Description

• Create visual solutions for brand, sales, and product initiatives • Revise and update designs based on existing work and create new designs following brand guidelines • Execute print, digital, responsive web, presentation, and other project types • Support video editing, motion graphics, and photography projects • React quickly and thoroughly to changes and deadlines • Participate throughout execution and final launch • Contribute to iterative design processes through active feedback • Ensure the quality of visual solutions • Support team members and Inmar broadly • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in design or a similar field, required • 3–5 years of design experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and training providing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities • Knowledge of design programs and production of accurate final files for digital and print specifications • Ability to work with existing brands and interpret designs based on guidelines or previous work • Ability to ideate conceptually and visually • Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign • Experience with Figma, Premiere, and After Effects is a plus • Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides • Strong organizational and project optimization skills • Willingness to contribute across the creative and production process • Developing prioritization skills • Ability to work on a collaborative, cross-functional team • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment • Fluent English speaker with excellent spoken and written communication skills
