📋 Description

• As a mid-level Quality Engineer, you will be involved in planning and executing more comprehensive testing strategies. • Your responsibilities will include planning test automation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and taking a more active role in identifying opportunities to improve QA processes. • Interest and discipline to learn from senior technical professionals. • Investigative mindset — attempts to resolve problems independently before asking for help. • Rarely repeats the same mistakes. • Seeks feedback from others on their work to pursue improvement. • Communicates clearly with other support areas.

🎯 Requirements

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans. • Drive test automation initiatives. • Collaborate with development teams to understand system architectures. • Actively participate in code reviews and development processes. • Identify opportunities to improve QA processes and implement solutions. • Mentor junior team members. • Assist development and DevOps teams in identifying potential risks and improvements, and in scheduling the execution of automated tests. • Attend meetings with Business and Development areas, providing guidance for the implementation of test scenarios. • Proactivity and knowledge in some of the competencies required at senior levels.
